Koi pond — harmony and continuity
14 Years of Publishing

Cultivating Understanding,
One Article at a Time

Polymer Recycling Plant Co., Ltd. was founded with a single purpose: to create a calm, credible space where ideas about Japanese culture, philosophy, and contemporary life could be explored with the depth and care they deserve.

Our name — Hinode (日の出), meaning "sunrise" — reflects our belief that every day brings an opportunity for new understanding. Like the sun rising steadily over the horizon, we seek to illuminate ideas with clarity and warmth.

We believe knowledge should be accessible without being superficial, global without losing local nuance. Our writers are scholars, journalists, and practitioners who bring lived experience to every piece they create.

Work With Us

Our Core Values

Sincerity — Makoto

We publish only what we genuinely believe adds value. Every article undergoes careful editorial review to ensure factual accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and thoughtful framing.

Harmony — Wa

We seek balance between tradition and modernity, between the personal and the scholarly. Our platform is a space for respectful dialogue, not division.

Path — Michi

Knowledge is a journey, not a destination. We encourage our readers and contributors to approach each topic with curiosity, humility, and an open mind.
